Ventura Highway Luxury Boarding For Dogs is a unique dog-boarding facility nestled among the giant palms & historic lemon groves of North Ventura Avenue. We are just 3 miles from the coast, which brings us cool ocean breezes in the summer & mild sunny winters.

  We offer an alternative to traditional kenneling because we are all extreme dog lovers. In addition to the safe and secure keeping of your dog, we provide lots of room to run and play along with the “TLC” you would want for your dog. If they are social, they are allowed to exercise in groups; otherwise they can enjoy the yard(s) individually.

  Our smaller and older dogs enjoy a separate area of their own to cruise around and play with others. We offer large indoor and outdoor individual rooms, for rest time, feeding and sleeping at night. Most of the day, the dogs rotate in and around the common yards. We have a staff of dog lovers who will play with and take care of your dog as we would our own.

  At Ventura Highway, you won’t see rows of sad or barking dogs with clenched teeth behind chain link. You’ll see dogs hanging out and playing in the office, yards and common areas. You’ll see Rope-tugs, Tennis balls, Kongs, chewed up Frisbees, Sticks and Rawhide bones. You’ll see old tractors with great smells all around and yards filled with romping dogs and beautiful holes dug by some of our past guests.
